Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt akzeptabel.
Die Betten waren bequem. Die Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine sehr praktisch. Die Lage war gut, da man den Strand in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichen konnte (auch wenn der Weg größtenteils ohne Fußweg ausgestattet ist. Für kleine Kinder nicht so geeignet.) Die schönen Orte Alassio und Loano sind schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war sehr gut und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. WiFi gab es auch, was gut war, da der Empfang (mobilen Daten) mit dem Handy bei uns nicht so gut war.
Die Duschkabine müsste erneuert werden – sie ist wirklich nicht mehr schön. Das Besteck ist teilweise kaputt. Alles wirkt von der Ausstattung in Küche so, als wenn es irgendwie aus ausrangierten Stücken zusammengestellt wurde. Der Kaffeekocher war unbrauchbar. Und der Badvorleger hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Im Außenbereich haben uns für die Bequemlichkeit Sitzauflagen gefehlt. Der Besen in der Wohnung musste alle drei Sekunden wieder zusammengesetzt werden, weil der Kopf während der Fegens nicht am Stiel halten wollte. Ein kleiner Staubsauger wäre in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass man oftmals am Strand ist, angebracht oder ein guter Besen. Alles in allem haben die Bilder mehr versprochenen.

WEEK END IN FAMIGLIA TRA SOLE, RELAX E TANTO VERDE
Appartamento ben posizionato, vicino al mare, inserito in un contesto residenziale chiamato Borgo Ulivi. Un sogno! Verde rigoglioso, piante, fiori, un luogo davvero unico. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo usufruito del barbecue nel nostro grazioso giardino privato e lì abbiamo trascorso una bella serata, accompagnata da musica e buon cibo. I ragazzi giocavano liberamente nella pineta condominiale e si sono divertiti molto. Torneremo sicuramente questa estate perché il posto è davvero adatto ad ospitare famiglie. Pulizia ineccepibile e disponibilità dell'host. A presto

SPLENDIDO APPARTAMENTO VISTA MARE CON GIARDINO PRIVATO
Il soggiorno in questa splendida casa vista mare immersa nella pineta è stato davvero unico. Gli spazi erano ben distribuiti, letti comodi, cucina totalmente equipaggiata e pulizie ai massimi livelli. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso una serata romantica nel giardino privato, arrostendo gamberi sul bbq, buon vino e gustando uno spaghetto alle vongole. Torneremo al più presto per un'altra fuga romantica. A presto

Struttura 10 e lode! Io e i miei amici siamo stati in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati divinamente! Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero rigenerante e avremmo voluto fermarci di più. L’appartamento è accogliente e ben arredato e la vista sul mare e la pineta è davvero magnifica! Abbiamo anche fatto una grigliata di pesce nel giardino privato attrezzato con barbecue, divanetti e ombrellone e abbiamo trascorso dei bei momenti assieme. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle bollitore e microonde. Ottima la posizione e molto comodo il parcheggio privato condominiale. È davvero difficile trovare strutture simili in Liguria con eguali caratteristiche. Il supermercato e il centro di Ceriale poi, si trovano a pochi minuti. Host molto accomodanti e professionali. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente per un periodo più lungo. A presto!
