Properties are well maintained and hygienic, staff is amazingly helpful and quick to respond. Staff behaviour was very polite, enjoyed overall stay
Property is right amidst residential area, big vehicle like traveller was difficult to park and navigate. Heaters were chargeable which to my knowledge was bit strange as mostly properties in colder regions voluntarily provided heating facilities. One more big mention is wash basin water had no hot water arrangement which is again bit strange

Rooms were neat and clean, provided extra bedding and heater on request. Dinner we ordered was good and provided hot, enjoyed it. Complimentary Breakfast was ok ok.
The approach to this hotel is very narrow and road is downwards, difficult for big vehicles to be parked so we had to park our vehicle somewhere out.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained with nice wooden interiors..Bathrooms were clean too.All the staff members were very helpful.They have a nice restaurant on the top floor terrace.
Only thing I would suggest is it would be great it they install exhaust system in the rooms as rooms are non AC .Shillong being a hill station there is no requirement of AC due to the climate but opening the windows at night is not advisable due to mosquito issues.Otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay .
