Appartement très clair, très propre. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Terrasse bien couverte pour profiter sans être écrasé par le soleil. Proche de la plage à pied (escalier d’accès direct attenant).

Bien placé. Accessible. Un logement fonctionnel. Une vue agréable
Mal insonorisé, on entend très fortement le voisinage, et pourtant à cette saison on était que 3 logements pris . Pas de rideaux occultants , il fait jour très tôt dans les chambres. La salle de bain est petite , on l'avait lu dans d'autres commentaires mais elle est surtout mal ventilée, l'humidité reste malgré l'ouverture de la fenêtre. Le canapé est certe très joli mais absolument pas confortable.
