Es un duplex invertido, las vistas impresionantes.
Le haria falta un cambio en puertas y ventanas, aunque luego seguramente, cambiaria el precio. Calidad-precio, correcto.

La vue est simplement magnifique l’appartement a du potentiel
La vaisselle est à relaver entièrement cat tout etait gras, le lave-vaisselle etait dans un état pitoyable, je pense qu’il serait temps de nettoyer le canapé car il et marron de crasse, la literie est plus que archaïque,le fait de changer de femme de menage serait pas mal car le menage reste a desiré le sol collant la vaisselle sale, bref un peu deçu du sejour

Pas de petit déjeuner prévu mais excellent emplacement.
L 'accès à l'appartement n'est pas évident à trouver L'équipement de la cuisine est sommaire, les portes des chambres ferment mal en cas de courant d'air, elles s'ouvrent
