This property is a corner condo located on a large property that runs along the ocean front. The property pool, waterpark, restaurant/brewery, and amenities are brand new and well maintained. The property allows for a 2 minute walk to the beach or a 4 minute walk to the pool/waterpark. The gym/indoor pool are walkable within 10 minutes and parking near the amenities is also available. The condo itself was redone it appears in the last year though the exterior and screened in porch are original and old. Nice that the master has a two shower en suite bathroom and that there are 4 bedrooms ( 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) with 3 bathrooms total. The laundry onsite is helpful for keeping clothes and beach items clean. TVs available though could only find one working remote downstairs. Our stay was mostly cloudy and warm so unfortunately were indoors more than planned. The cleanliness of the rental when we arrived was substandard. We ended up doing a quick clean ourselves of the floors. Once we were able to get past that, the house served us well enough on our trip. Also note that it shares a wall with neighboring condo so some bedrooms can hear neighbor arrival on stairs and outside noise if loud. This was not an issue for us during irregular hours ( 11pm-7am) but of note for perhaps little ones sleeping earlier. Overall, it is a convenient location with lots of attractions close outside of the resort. Getting in and out of the resort was easy and secure. Worth a stay with based on newness of amenities listed and proximity to ocean if cleanliness issues are addressed.
