Walking in through the front door immediately puts you in a large, spacious living area. Crisp white paint reflects natural light while tasteful nautical artwork gets you excited for the beach. Through the space, we use a blend of reclaimed wood, shiplap, and industrial materials to create a distinctive look. Soft shades of white, cream, and brown are brightened up with gentle green and cheerful red accents.
Beach Daze Lower has a semi-open floor plan. Most of the living space is used for the large room that contains the comfortable sofa, flatscreen television, and armchairs. Several smaller nooks branch off from this room to function as a dining room, office, entryway, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen is sure to be one of your favorite gathering spaces. Its large doorways and pass-through bar let you easily chat with your loved ones while you prepare meals.
Our Tybee Island vacation homes also offer cozy gathering spaces outdoors. The covered front patio has cushioned chairs where you can sit and catch an ocean breeze. If you have children or additional friends staying with you, the sofa also folds out to provide a queen-sized bed.

I ended up staying at another Southern Belle property on Tybee (this unit had a maintenance issue that kept guests out of it). I want to commend the staff at Southern Belle, they really did a great job of letting me know about the issue, moving my reservation to a new unit and making sure I had everything I needed to be taken care of on my trip.

We were so blessed to find this place last minute! We loved it. It was very clean and just enough room for the 4 of us. Not knowing anything about tybee before, we were very happy with the location and quick access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very hesitant about renting the bottom half of a house, but it was so worth it. The decor was incredible, it was very clean, spacious and it was within walking distance to EVERYTHING! The pier, restaurants, and just steps away from beach access. The private porch was a wonderful bonus. All in all, we had an incredible anniversary trip and would definitely stay again!

This property was close to restaraunts and bars on south end of the island. Great location and easy walk to a lot. It was in the basement of a building and was overall exactly what was pictured. The community pool was wonderful! I enjoyed this proportion and the communication was great with the company. I would stay at a southern belle property again, but probably a different one!
