The location for the price was exceptional.
The bathroom ceiling leaked water from the unit above. The same bathroom sink dropped water from the pipes in the cabinet and that is the only place to keep toiletries during your stay. It was taken care of. The living room blind was falling and repaired that evening. The heaters had difficulty keeping us warm in the unseasonably cold temps. The floors had two places that are ready to be stepped through. The floor was separated due to water damage and poked your feet if you stepped on it. The only dresser in the bedroom was filled with extra pillows and beach towels and not enough space for guest items. The parking is so tight my car was scrapped down the side from the unit 3 side of the parking site.
