The view of the sea from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. You can even enjoy the soothing sound of the waves while relaxing inside the apartment, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The building is highly accessible, and it's clear that the surrounding roads leading to the property have been recently upgraded and well-maintained. There is a vibrant service area filled with restaurants and shops within a 2 km radius. This makes it incredibly convenient to get everything you need without traveling far, saving plenty of time to enjoy the vacation. Finding a spot was never an issue, as there is dedicated parking space available right in front of the tower. The free internet service provided is reliable and adds great value to the overall stay.

I came to Egypt especially to attend the opening of the Grand Egyptian Museum... I live in Florida, but the sea here has a completely different charm ,, the waves are mesmerizing, and the view is just magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place is so peaceful, I walked along the long beach in the morning and went fishing with a kind fisherman at the sea. People here in this area are so kind and welcoming, Everything you could need is right around. I’ll definitely be coming back next summer with my family. Wael has been such an understanding and thoughtful host since the very beginning. The apartment is spotless, beautifully arranged, and has everything you need for a comfortable long stay. Thank you, Wael and all the helping team! It’s been an amazing and unforgettable stay!

The location is not that good the surrounding environment was very bad as no hospital or pharmacy avaliable . The apartment was too hot it needs air conditioning
