A real gem

Incredible place, real gem, high end construction of the building, new, super cozy, nice touches, we had incredible time. fantastic lawn in front, floors are amazing ! You will dont want to leave it. Location is great super close to main road, super close to train station and the lake. Thank you very much !

The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely equipped. Coop with staff smooth, wonderful place. Been there for second time and will come back in the future.

Overall quiet, clean and pleasant.

Excellent for our purposes, clean and pleasant apartment. Very quiet. Beds comfortable.

Kitchen equipment was basic. The provided towels were thin and small. Insufficient toilet paper. Two of the dining chairs were broken. The other two were new and had obviously replaced two others which had broken. The apartment was incorrectly described as it would not be suitable for six adult guests. The lounge area had seating only for two people.

Tolle Wohnung leider mit Mängeln, die leicht zu beheben wären. Schade.

Moderne, hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles sehr neu, gemütliche Wohnung. Grundsätzlich sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Wohnung war bei Ankunft kalt. Kaffeemaschine nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden, stand im Abstellraum auf Boden? Keine Kanne vorhanden - somit keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen. Leider schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank verräumt. Spülmaschine übelriechend und sichtbar verschimmelt. Wäsche (Handtücher, Spültuch) hat teilweise muffig bzw. ranzig gerochen. Im Abstellraum wurde nicht gereinigt, dreckiger Boden, Schmutzwäsche auf Waschmaschine, Leergut steht herum. Einer der Stühle ist leider kaputt, Sturzgefahr. Kommunikation mit Keyone Team war gut möglich, leider konnte nicht weitergeholfen werden, da Zuständigkeit wohl bei Vermieter/ Vermieterin lag. Dadurch leider zeitverzögert (bis ein Tag) oder keine Rückmeldung.

Die Unterkünfte waren sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Vieles konnte man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichen und es waren ausreichend viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Früh war es immer etwas neblig - das hätte besser sein können, hat aber mit der Unterkunft sehr wenig zu tun... wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om te genieten van de Worthersee. Voor ons als fietsers vele mogelijkheden.

De ruimte in het appartement met eigen parkeerplek, de ligging is zeer centraal dicht bij zee, station en diverse restaurants.

We vonden de tuin wat tegenvallen. Je keek tegen schuren aan en geen vrij uitzicht

Tolles Appartement in Seenähe

Wir waren in TOP1. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche war super. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht, draußen gab es Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen und auch das Bad hatte eine super Größe und einen ausreichenden Schrank. Das separate WC ist immer praktisch. Eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer war vorhanden. Die Fenster und Balkontüren haben Fliegengitter und Rollläden. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher mit App Funktionalitäten. Zum Seebad konnte man in ca. 7 Minuten laufen.

Unser Zimmer war etwas später fertig als angegeben.

Ár-érték arányban többet vártunk.

Remek volt az elhelyezkedése,tágas volt a lakás,hangulatos volt a terasz.

A nappaliban az ágy nagyon nyikorgott,az egyik ágynemű -véleményünk szerint - használt volt (kellemetlen szagú volt).A tányérok némelyike koszos volt.Nem volt se vasaló,se mosógép.

MOdern, tágas lakás közel a tóparthoz.

Nagyon tágas, kényelmes apartman, akár 4 felnőtt részére is, szinte luxus a 2 hatalmas terasz, az egyik fedett. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, akár napi szintű főzésre is alkalmas. A 2 fürdőszoba is nagy előny, még ha az egyik kisebb is. Minimalista, modern berendezés. Közel a vasútállomáshoz és a tóparthoz is kényelmesen el lehet sétálni 6-7 perc alatt.

Sajnos a tisztasággal voltak gondok (pókhálók, morzsamaradékok, a teraszok egyáltalán nem voltak akár csak felsöpörve sem, maszatos ablak, mikró). Meglepő, hogy egy ennyire modern lakásban nincs klíma, mi nyáron voltunk, amikor is kint 35 fok volt több napon keresztül és a lakás is 28 fokos volt. Nem minden ablakon/teraszajtón van szúnyogháló.

Fabelhaft!

Super Lage und trotzdem ruhig, Eigener überdachter Parkplatz, zu Fuß See und Strandbad erreichbar, Supermarkt mit Auto in 3min erreichbar, bis Klagenfurt auch nur ca. 5min, sehr sauber und neu, viel Platz als Familie, eigenes Elternzimmer, 2 Fernseher, Insektenschutz, elektr. Rolläden, kleiner Garten (Top 3), Liegestühle, Gartenmöbel,...

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen abgesehen von den oben erwähnten Kriterien, allerdings ist das Preis- / Leistung

Die Größe des Appartements war sehr gut und schön eingerichtet. Nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde der Rasen ( Unkrautwiese ) gemäht und es sah sogar einigermaßen gepflegt aus

Nach einem Regenschauer hörte es auf der Terrasse nicht auf zu tropfen ( Abwasserrohr verstopft), die Stühle und das Sofa waren durchgesessen, und leider roch es überall unangenehm.

Super Apartment

Die Lage nahe des Parkbads ist super. Das Apartment ist groß und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht inkl. Mikrowelle, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt genügend Kissen zur Auswahl (weich bis hart).

Es hätte zumindest im Bad ein Seifenspender beim Waschbecken stehen können. Und auch zwei große Fernseher sind meiner Meinung nach auf eher kleinerem Raum nicht notwendig.

השרות היה לוקה בחסר, לא היה מענה טלפוני. לא היו סדינים ומצעים מספיק לכל המיטות למרות שציינו מראש שאנחנו משפחה של חמישה נפשות, רק למחרת השלימו את המצעים החסרים.
