Guests are invited to take a weekend or a longer stay in our newly-remodeled, cozy, and large cottage on a large property with a pool, a year-round outdoor hot tub off an outdoor deck with comfortable seating.
The large and charming home is tucked away on a peaceful, quiet, and private street near Cascade Lake in Warwick, NY, which is a lovely escape: just a one-hour bus ride away from New York City.
The beautifully designed, comfortable, and serene master bedroom features an extra-large, California King bed, brand-new elegant furniture, and a deluxe bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a standing shower.
The second, green bedroom has a full-size bed, The pink bedroom has 2 full size beds. Kids will also love swinging, relaxing, and reading in the fun, white chair that is hanging from the ceiling.
The placid red and gray basement bedroom features a king-sized bed.
All the bedrooms have television screens, however, guests can also gather to watch movies on an extra-large screen in the comfortable and serene living room, in which guests can also read and relax.
Guests who would like to work or check their e-mail can sit at a desk in an
private office area adjacent the living room.
For mealtimes, the stunning, state-of-the-art kitchen features black and white granite countertops and cottage-style white cabinetry that is fully stocked with cookware, plates, cutlery, and glasses.
When guests need to do their laundry, they can use the conveniently located washer, dryer, and ironing board: all tucked away in a little laundry room.
Guests who need their cardio fix can head downstairs to the basement to use the home’s beautiful exercise room, which features a treadmill, weight machines, and exercise balls.
For more low-key leisure time, guests can relax in the basement’s game room, which is brightened with colored LED lighting, to play pool, play arcade games and board games on two tables. Mixologists can create cocktails in the downstairs bar.
For further relaxation downstairs, guests can sit in overstuffed chairs and watch movies in a theater room that features a sound bar, which is a state-of-the-art sound system that provides Surround Sound and a high-end projector that is directed toward a “theater wall.”
In the summer, guests can head outside to the house’s large property to swim in the pool, which also features a pool house and a bathroom with a shower.

Hello All:I have stayed at many, many VRBO's as well as the competitors. This rental was the ABSOLUTE LOLLAPALOOZA of rentals. Everything Israel said would be, was . The beds were as comfortable as a cloud. The reclining couch's were so cozy after a day in the sun. The pool is crystal clear ,clean and actually heated. Not like when property owners say it's heated and it's not...this pool is DEVINE! Reason being, every morning this property owner has a young gentleman just pop in the yard to make sure everything is as it should be with the pool and restroom-for our/your day at the pool, additionally he swept the deck before we even got up. A perfect example of a property owner that wants people to come back. I will be back!This is how all experiences should be . Both parties are grateful for each other. Instead of once you rent the place- you're stuck in a shiphole, and the property owner isn't answering their phone. This was by far a WONDERFUL SURPRISING, EXTRA-ORDINARY-OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!*************************TRUST ME**********************************

My group of friends and I had an awesome time at our weekend stay. Check-in was easy. The host was extremely responsive (not that we needed him as everything went very smooth). Extremely spacious. We had 10 people at the house and it never felt crowded. The yard was the highlight. Pool, pool house, jacuzzi, bar, deck, grill - everything you need for a fun summer weekend. Close proximity to town and restaurants as well. 5 stars.

The exterior of the home is completely run down. Nothing like the pictures. The interior bedding and furniture is a different set up then depicted. The rugs and carpets are stained and dirty. This did not meet our standards. We would not recommend it to anyone. We left a day early.
