Comunicación atenta del anfitrión, Ubicación cerca al malecón del puerto, espacio sala y cocina, lote con amplio espacio de parqueo, tranquilo y seguro, baños amplios
Caluroso aun con aire en las habitaciones, conviene aumentar arborización para sombra, el calor de la cocina se concentra por extractor sin funcionar, presencia de comején, ratones y cucarachas, las puertas de las habitaciones y baños se desajustan fácilmente.
