Schoon, ruime kamers en prima communicatie. Regelt transfer waar je bij staat.

Watervoorziening is zwak. Weinig of geen warm water. Ligt wat afgelegen, maar tuktuk of taxi is vlot geregeld.

So called one bedroom apartment, but really a room with a cooker but no kitchen sink! Far from Flores island (45 minute walk, or Q50 by Tuk-tuk, small supermarket 10 minute walk away). Safe area, keycode access to main property and to own room (key fobs provided once checked in). Owner speaks some English, and good communication by WhatsApp. Clean. Excellent wifi/internet/network and flat screen TV with streaming (eg Netflix). Small "kitchen", 4 ring gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, limited pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc, cleaning products. Large drinking water bottle supplied (5 gallon, 19L). Roof top area to enjoy, with large sinks to wash clothes and drying line. Good size room, comfortable double bed, table, chairs, storage cupboard. Bedside unit. Bin. A few powerpoints around room. Decent sized bathroom, cold shower (but not really a problem). Plenty of towel hooks. Owner responds quickly to issues raised (but a lot of issues could have been dealt with before our arrival).

No visible signs of recycling. Cash only. Kitchen does not have sink, so washing has to be done in bathroom or outside sinks. Not enough pots, pans, cutlery or crockery. Need extra powerpoint by fridge and microwave. No bedside lamps. General lighting could be better. No hooks for wet clothes. We thought it might be quieter there, away from the island, but street noise sometimes very loud, very late into night (traffic, dogs, chickens, evangelical singing). Bedroom and bathroom had water coming in through ceiling after heavy rain fall.

Loved the space, free parking, TV, and clean spacious rooms.
