Derzeit werden in dem Haus Renovierungen durchgeführt! Tagsüber ist teilweise der Lärm hoch!

Classy, fully equipped, kitchen, quality furniture, excellent location. Quiet.

Everything was fine. maintenance needed to fix a lightbulb in the hall, but housekeeper handled it.

This apt is very spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location close to the old town, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Piazza Mazzini. Lots of clean linens and towels and the kitchen was great for cooking if you have a longer term stay. Washing machine works well. We stayed for a month and it was fine but there were issues that the owners should address. It feels dated and like the owners simply do not care about maintaining it properly.

Several things need improving. The TVs didn't work, lights didn't have bulbs and remotes had dead batteries. The internet was sporadic at best, at times going out completely. This is not an apartment for Digital Nomads that need reliable internet! We left early because the internet went out completely for days. The host blamed the ISP but others in the building had internet, I asked. They seriously need to reevaluate the ISP for this property. We were credited for the time the internet was down. Others have complained about the very weird and uncomfortable chairs at the dining table, they are terrible! The front leg piece folds under after a while and since my husband works several hours a day remotely he kept having to readjust the chairs. I complained to the host and he said he would bring a replacement chair and never did, very disappointing.
