Lucky Continew Residence 1 Bedroom - TRX KL

I really like the check-in and check-out process, it was smooth and easy, very fast. The unit is clean and has truly everything that is mentioned on booking: iron, washing machine, all the liquids for washing, broom and mop, toilet paper, 3 towels, microwave and a kettle and other things. It was really good to wash clothes regularly and wear clean one next day, the hangers also were provided. The location is also good: there’s a big mall MyTown within the walking distance (10 mins), mrt just nearby, a bunch of mamaks near so you can eat at any time, 3 convenience stores just outside working 24/7. Also the facilities of the reaidence itself are good. I didn’t have any complaints about it, pool was fine and gym too (a bit small but enjoyable). It’s a good value for money, trust me.

The unit is a bit old, the renovation may be needed (some walls are scratched for example), but it’s a minor issue. I saw about 4 cockroaches during my stay, but it’s common for Malaysia, after all they’re locals and in some accommodation there might be a lot of them (here not so many), and there’s a spray against them so it’s not a big deal, just be ready it might happen. It could be a bit noisy if you have a sensitive sleep, because there’s a big road and masjid nearby, but if you’re Muslim then it’s a big benefit ofc. But it’s also quite loud in many places in KL, so it’s normal, just accept it haha. The bed sheets were a bit old also, so I took my own with me, same goes for towels.

Check-in was clear and hassle-free, no issues at all. I loved the bed, the larger dining table, and having a water filtering machine in the room with hot water. The filtered tap water runs lukewarm rather than cold, so I just filled a bottle and chilled it in the refrigerator — worked out fine. The furniture in the unit was great overall, and having an in-unit washer was a big plus. I didn't get a chance to use the building's facilities this time around. The unit's refrigerator wasn't working well at first, but management fixed it quickly. Really appreciated the fast response.

Easy access to breakfast options within walking distance of the mall. There should have many other options located near the place. Easy access to the facility, with friendly staffs and no communication barriers.

Surrounding there are poor road conditions and very few shops open during nighttime made it inconvenient. We are staying in 15th floor, there was frequent noise from car sirens and loud motorcycles sometime.

De faciliteiten van het gebouw zijn erg goed. Verder is het appartement groot genoeg om comfortabel met 2 te leven en werken.

De spullen in het appartement zijn van zeer lage kwaliteit en hadden eigenlijk jaren geleden al vervangen moeten worden. Het voelt als iemands oude inboedel, tevens niet compleet om voor regulier gebruik voldoende te zijn. Er waren ook meerdere dingen kapot in het appartement. De problematische zaken werden snel verholpen.
