Check-in was clear and hassle-free, no issues at all. I loved the bed, the larger dining table, and having a water filtering machine in the room with hot water. The filtered tap water runs lukewarm rather than cold, so I just filled a bottle and chilled it in the refrigerator — worked out fine. The furniture in the unit was great overall, and having an in-unit washer was a big plus. I didn't get a chance to use the building's facilities this time around. The unit's refrigerator wasn't working well at first, but management fixed it quickly. Really appreciated the fast response.

Easy access to breakfast options within walking distance of the mall. There should have many other options located near the place. Easy access to the facility, with friendly staffs and no communication barriers.

Surrounding there are poor road conditions and very few shops open during nighttime made it inconvenient. We are staying in 15th floor, there was frequent noise from car sirens and loud motorcycles sometime.

Centrally located with food options and a mall nearby

The room isn't what you see in the photos but it's good enough. You may have to get things like warm shoes since the whole place is tiled (I get cold easily) and a few kitchen towels that you could use for the toilet and kitchen as these are not provided. You will have to do your own cleaning as there isn't a payable room cleaning service option.

De faciliteiten van het gebouw zijn erg goed. Verder is het appartement groot genoeg om comfortabel met 2 te leven en werken.

De spullen in het appartement zijn van zeer lage kwaliteit en hadden eigenlijk jaren geleden al vervangen moeten worden. Het voelt als iemands oude inboedel, tevens niet compleet om voor regulier gebruik voldoende te zijn. Er waren ook meerdere dingen kapot in het appartement. De problematische zaken werden snel verholpen.
