It’s very spacious inside and has a garden space surrounding the building, so it feels very private. It’s located in a peaceful and safe feeling neighborhood which is very important for me. The beds were very comfortable too so everyone slept very well during our stay. Very comfy sofa and TV experience.
The bathrooms and kitchen could be a bit more modernized, and perhaps a dishwasher would make the place more leisurely.

The inside shape of the house that represent a hut didnt do for me.
Especially the bedrooms. The beds are situated to close to the frames coming down.
Feels like you in a coffin😔
The braai area also needs a little TLC the braai grid was unuseable had to purchase a new one as well as the braai tongs.
Also seeing that its a family home maybe some plastic utilities could be added for kids.
May be you could also look into re arranging the lounge to many corners currently the way the lounge suite is placed.
The two single bed rooms need a standing fan roof fan not making a difference as the rooms get exremely hot up stairs.
Also the set of cupboards up stairs in the foyer is a waste of space.
Maybe the shower upstairs could be widened with that space because the shower upstairs is very claustophobic.
