Superb
Well equipped apartment. (Washing machine).
We missed a pot for preparing tea. And the connection between washing machine and sink was broken, so we flooded the bathroom and then repaired the connection.

Very nice flat in a very nice town
Great location, top notch equipment, perfectly clean apartment.
The ceiling of the apartment is very thin and we were unfortunate enough to witness a party in the apartment above till small hours. I am not deducting any points however because it is clearly not a fault of the proprietor.

Zeer teleurstellende bestelling die we hebben afgezegd.
Niets, geen communicatie met de eigenaar. Alleen telefonisch in het Frans met een slechte uitleg. Wilde niet naar het appartement komen.
We zijn in Montbeliard aangekomen om 20.30h. Kon het appartement niet vinden omdat op de deur geen nummer stond . Ook geen markering dat hier appartementen werden verhuurd. Na veel rondvragen toch het appartement kunnen vinden alleen konden we niet naar binnen omdat de deur gesloten was. Uiteindelijk iemand gevonden die ook in het huis moest zijn. Een vaste bewoner die op het dakappartement woonde. We moesten eerst door een zeer donkere opengebroken hal lopen waar de elektriciteit leidingen op de grond lagen. Met een gammele lift (was deze wel gekeurd ?) naar de bewuste verdieping gebracht. Aangekomen bij de toegangsdeur was de sleutel niet beschikbaar. Uiteindelijk weggegaan uit pure frustratie ! Een vervangende hotelkamer genomen bij Ibis in Montbeliard.

Apartmán byl hezký ale prostorově zvláštní. Bez pomoci bychom ani nedokázali zavřít.
Chodba za vstupnímia dveřma byla děsuplná a žebříky do 2. patra tak pro akrobaty. Výtah jsme zkusili jednou a zastavit metr nad podlahou, takže nešly otevřít dveře. Rozhodně ne pro starší a nesportovce..

L'appartement nous a enchantés, on s'y sent rapidement chez soi !
Nous avons été enchantés par la propreté, le charme et l'originalité de l'appartement, ainsi que par le remarquable travail de rénovation qui y a été effectué. La quiétude de la résidence, la qualité de la literie et des équipements, ainsi que la situation centrale de l'appartement ont également été très appréciées.
Tout d'abord, l'entrée de l'immeuble (partie commune) constitue un sérieux point négatif, pouvant être rebutant au premier coup d'œil. De plus, l'odeur provenant de la cage d'ascenseur est très désagréable. L'état général de l'immeuble nécessite d'importants travaux de rénovation. Par ailleurs, le parking est excessivement couteux, et sa disponibilité dépendant fortement de l'heure de votre d'arrivée.
