It was close to the town of Mudgee so it was easy to drive to the nearby cafes for breakfast. The kitchen facilities also made it easy to make your own breakfast, if you wanted to.

Concerned about the extra $350 damage fee which was charged 4 days before our booking date. It is a bit unrealistic to advise you to look for and take photos for damages when you are not familiar with the property or never have been there before. I was also very nervous about the plethora of pottery and porcelain objects throughout the living area. Together with pot plants in the bedroom which are totally unnecessary when you want space to place your toiletry bags etc in the space they are occupying. I can understand books, games etc. but felt it was somewhat 'over the top' furnishing it with so many fragile items whilst threatening a hefty damages bill. The solution would be to have less fragile decorative items in the house.

Really comfortable, well appointed home in a quiet, central location to Mudgee CBD, wineries, sporting grounds etc. There were many very nice and appreciated touches to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The house is spacious, light filled and very comfortable. The double garage has been converted to a games room where we had lots of fun. It is an easy walk into town. The kitchen is well equipped.

We found it a bit cold for the first 24 hours until the underfloor heating kicked in.

The lounge was a little uncomfortable and it was a little far out of town to walk to the main CBD area.
