Loved the location. The house itself has everything you could wish for. Fresh bread, milk, condiments, toiletries. Lovely and fresh and clean and new. Heaps of space for six adults to stay comfortably.
Only small negative was there was too much dog hair on the outdoor cushions.

Great weekend stay, house was well equipped for both humans and pets and particularly, very dog friendly. Main bedroom and ensuite excellent, living spaces and outdoor areas are spacious and comfortable. Great fenced-in yard to keep dogs safe. House located centrally in Mudgee, short walk to cafes, restaurants, dog park and Main Street.
All good, although the doors to two back bedrooms didn’t close properly so it was an effort to keep a curious dog out of those rooms!
