The apartement is exactly as shown in the picture and even better. The view from the balcony to the marina and the mediteranien sea is amazing. The apartement is spacious, clean and well equiped.

Iconic building between Cannes and Nice. Safe and well connected if you have a car. Well stocked with everything you may need from utensils to basics like washing machine, towels, bedding, iron, cutlery, cooking oil and coffee machine. Roberto was a gentleman! Thankyou
The garage was a good size when built in approx 1968. However you need to be a good driver to park an SUV in the tight space
