About this apartment rental
Perfectly located in an elevated position across the road from the beach access and only a short walk to a wonderful array of restaurants and cafes. Unit 9 Andari is the ideal location to soak in all that Sunshine Beach has to offer. The unit is prominently positioned at the top end of the resort ensuring breathtaking ocean views.
The Sunshine Beach Surf Club is just 200 metres away with the year round patrolled swimming area directly out front.
Set over three levels, the apartment enjoys magnificent ocean and surf views. The open plan living area and north east facing balcony is on the middle level and captures lovely sea breezes. There is a combined lounge and dining area overseen by the well equipped kitchen.
The upper level master bedroom is generous in size and boasts stunning, wide ocean views and a private ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms and additional bathroom are on the lower level of the home. There is a powder room conveniently located on the entry level.
This complex is a well maintained property with a heated resort style pool in subtropical surrounds.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.
A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

The apartment was beautifully presented, well-equipped, and had great views. A major flaw that should be emphasised in the description is the access to the apartment. The shortest route from the garage to the apartment involves 47 stair steps. Although the owners provided an electric trolley to assist in moving luggage, the trolley proved ineffective with even 2 small light cases. After a few trips up and down, one young guest pointed out, that settling in was more challenging than a step workout session at the gym. Beware
