Sleeping up to six guests, the lower level offers plenty of space to settle in and make yourself at home. There are three comfortable bedrooms, including a generous master bedroom with a king-size bed and private ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms provide peaceful spaces to recharge after a day at the beach.

The real highlight is stepping outside to your private pool and enclosed outdoor area, where holiday mode comes naturally. Take a refreshing dip, enjoy an alfresco meal or simply relax poolside and soak up the Sunshine Beach atmosphere.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach or dinner back at home, including a dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials for a self-catering stay.

The home also features air conditioning and Wi-Fi, along with comfortable living spaces and entertainment options for those quieter moments.

When you're ready to venture out, Sunshine Beach is right on your doorstep. Spend the morning swimming or walking along the sand, grab a coffee from the village, browse the local shops or enjoy lunch and dinner at one of the nearby cafés and restaurants. Then return home for a swim in the pool and an afternoon spent relaxing in your own private outdoor space.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Pool towels are provided for your stay.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, kitchen spray and dishwashing liquid is provided. A small starter pack of laundry powder, toilet paper, tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.
