Matina's apartment

Location in front of beach was great. Poros is a quieter town than others so was pretty quiet in late May, but pleasant enough. Apartment was spacious and comfortable, also clean. Host was very helpful.

Balconies could have been a bit bigger to sit around in the mornings/afternoons and savour the view.

The apartment is really close to a beautiful beach which makes it a great location. It’s a very spacious and well furbished apartment. I also need to mention our really kind hosts!! Both Angela and Matina are absolutely wonderful snd I only have gratitude and nice words about them!!!❤️

Although it is well equipped, the place is quite deteriorated. You can tell the furniture and some of the kitchen ware are rely old and torn. It could clearly use some renovation/replacements. The beds are really noisy(my son’s bed(11 yo) would make loud noises with every turn at night. The road is right next to the apartment and sometimes, late at night, motorbikers test their engines😔.

The location is perfect! It is across the road from the beach and just an easy 10 minute stroll into Poros. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and enjoyed the fact that there was a wrap around balcony with easy access from the bedrooms and kitchen. The apartment is very spacious and was immaculately clean. Although the sea breezes came up late afternoon, we appreciated the 3 split aircon units, one in each of the bedrooms and in the living area. Matina met us upon our arrival and her daughter Angela was great in communicating prior to our stay and assisted us with sourcing information about the local bus transport. It seemed like nothing was too much trouble…. In the mid stay clean, home grown apricots were left for us.

We just loved it!
