Mi-a placut amplasarea si dotarile
Nu mi-a placut faptul ca la prima utilizare a dusului, am constatat ca era infundata scurgertea, apoi a trebuia sa sun la agentie sa vina instalatorul. Am ramas cu sapun pe mine din aceasta cauza am avut un disconfort. Apoi in toate zilele am avut miros neplacut din canalizare. In balcon a fost mult praf, perdelel erau murdare, in spatele perdelei era panza de paianjen.

Molto ampio, comodo il bagno poiché molto grande, cucina ben attrezzata, letti abbastanza comodi, in posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro e due passi dalle spiaggia.
Aggiungerei un asciugacapelli. Una delle coperte non era pulita (forse una svista).

Mancanza di saponi, carta igienica, detersivi, aria condizionata assente nelle camere da letto . La notte fino alle 2 rumori dal Pub al piano terra.

Pavimento sconnesso, assenza del centralino elettrico di appartamento, telecomando senza pile, stendono appiccicoso, porta bagnoschiuma arrugginito, scarpiera non fissata al muro (pericolosa), porta carta igienica rotto, posate vecchie e macchiate, gancio portatende in camera pericolante. Auto rimossa per zona Ztl (ci era stato detto che potevamo parcheggiare ovunque sulle strisce blu, non abbiamo guardato i cartelli) . Altri parcheggi introvabili

Perfekte Lage! Tolle Wohnung! Kaum was zu beanstanden.
Die Lage ist sensationell, man ist im Prinzip direkt am Strand und direkt in der (Alt)-Stadt. Direkt unterhalb ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Lebensmittelhandel. Die Zimmer sind groß und vernünftig möbliert. Die Wohnung an sich ist großzügig. Die Terrasse hat ca. 70 qm und biete u.a. Blick auf das Meer. 2 weitere Balkone sind von den Schlafzimmern aus vorhanden. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da ganz kurze Laufwege überall hin und die Kinder viel Platz in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse haben sich zu bewegen.
Man ist aufgrund der guten Lage halt auch mitten im Geschehen, was einen, doch nicht zu unterschätzenden, Lärm mit sich bringt. Laute (und furchtbare!) Musik von den Bars rings herum (hauptsächlich am Wochenende, unter der Woche ging es). Unsere Kinder haben es recht gut weggesteckt im Schlaf, aber bei Kindern die Ruhe im Schlaf brauchen, könnte es interessant werden. Die Küche war sehr spärlichen eingerichtet und es fehlte an einigen nötigen Hilfsmittel und Utensilien zum Kochen. Der Boden war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, allerdings wurde das etwas entschädigt, als wir es in der Agentur anbrachten. Die umliegenden Hotels haben ihre Badezimmer Richtung der Dachterrasse ausgerichtet, demnach kann es schon passieren, dass man den ein oder anderen beim Geschäft machen beobachten kann... Aber man muss ja auch nicht hinsehen

Wypożyczanie pościeli i ręczników , uważam że powinno to być w standardzie na wyposażeniu, brak suszarki do włosów i żelazka , nie duży wydatek a uświetnił by pobyt
