Lokalizacja, trwa budowa, ośrodek nie jest skończony, zły dostęp do jeziora, brak widoku na jezioro, hałas, widok na budowę, bloki, zakład produkcyjny, parking , głośny “ generator” uruchamiający klimatyzator lub coś innego, ale nie wiem co. Często działał w nocy, oprócz hałasu wibracje od urządzenia, jeśli ktoś potrzebuje ciszy i spokoju to nie jest to zagwarantowane
