Upstairs bath needs to be renovated .
The paint is peeling off the bathtub.

I enjoyed the stay. I used to live in Statesboro and was in town for a personal event held at Eagle Creek Brewing as well as taking care of some other personal business in town. The location was perfect for visiting the places downtown as I could walk to them as necessary.
My stay was from Wednesday, 6 Aug - Monday, 11 Aug. I found it more than mildly disconcerting when, on Sunday (10 Aug) about 1pm, some unknown person walked into the apartment, unannounced. The woman (40-50, blonde) said that she was told that the apartment would be empty, and she was there to 'check under the cushions' (??).
To have an unknown someone with access and use it while it was under contract - empty or not, raises some concerns about who could have accessed it when I was out running errands.
Additionally, it IS in SE GA, but the apartment was also mildly stuffy/humid, even more than the AC could dry out.

Loved the area and the overall atmosphere of the space.
Shower curtain was filthy and towels had hair on them other than that it was a pretty great stay.
