Ne-au plăcut proprietatea, locația și ne-a plăcut Thea. Casa este mare, are balcoane la fiecare camera și este amenajată în stilul tradițional grecesc. Este dotată cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie, apă caldă la baie și bucătărie, fiind situată la 5-6 minute de mers pe picioare până la plaja locală( apa foarte curată și de mica adâncime).

Desigur ca, daca vrei, găsești cusur la orice. Eu am învățat să caut mereu frumosul, în orice. Totusi, daca ar fi ceva care nu a fost pe placul meu, a fost zgomotul mașinilor de pe strada, însă dopurile de urechi au rezolvat acest impediment. 😅

The price is very good compared to other options. Rooms are with enough space. It was pretty clean.

1) First what you should be aware is that you cannot through toilet paper into the toilet. It is 21-st century, and I thought things like this are well behind us. To me its a major downside that I have to collect used toilet paper in a bin next to the sink. This was a major disappointment for me. 2) There is no hook for the shower. You have to hold it with one hand. I have seen it a couple of times in people's homes in my life and can't understand why a holder for the shower at a price of 1-2 euro is a problem to install? 3) Be aware that microwave is not present. It is not mentioned in description to be fare. These things you consider obvious and don't even check for them when you book an apartment with kitchen. A used microwave is couple tens of euros... why not have it there? 4) Air fan extractor from toilet. Ventilation of strong vapors and odor from the toilet has to be installed. Also no extreme cost to put extraction fan there-that would solve many issues. 5) There is no hot water in the kitchen, so you have to wash the dishes with cold water-was never fixed during our stay. I am pretty sure it is just not there by design since hot shower is just next behind the wall. 6) Be aware that the house stands on a road to upper part of town and cars passing by are extremely loud and drive there the whole night. So if you plan to sleep with an opened window during night-you will not. 7) There is no sea view practically. The rest is just mild suggestions like kitchen table is a not stable and flexes back and forward. Air conditioning condensate is collected right next to the entrance door and you have to empty it all the time...otherwise it floods the entrance and stairs. Most of these things can be fixed at practically no cost. I know for the price it is ok, host is very friendly etc. but this place can be made much better easily. I think it is because nobody tells the host the problems since they are very nice and no one wants to upset them.

In Thea's house you feel at home. Everything is very clean and cozy. The views of the mountains from every terrace are great. From the main terrace you can also see the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything someone would need. Thea herself and her parents are amazing people. We will see you again. We love you!

The location is more or less acceptable. It's not far from the beach. There are shops nearby, but keep in mind that the bedrooms face a street with a lot of traffic, and you can hear the noise.

There were no cooking facilities, no microwave, and the coffee machine was quite old. There’s only one air conditioner (and it’s an energy-efficient model) for the entire apartment. It’s located in the entryway, so it can’t cool all the rooms (one kitchen and two bedrooms). Also, water was dripping from the air conditioner’s outdoor unit onto the table where we were having dinner outside on the terrace. There’s no sea view (you can only see houses). And one more very important thing: a building is under construction right across from the terrace, and if you want to relax, you’ll hardly be able to because of the noise. Otherwise, the hostess was very kind, but she needs to renovate the kitchen and spruce up the bathroom and toilet, and she absolutely must install at least one more air conditioner.
