Las terrazas y la piscina están muy bien. También las vistas a la montaña. Hay párking que comunica con el piso y un acceso a la autovía cerca. Hay varios caminos para pasear y se llega a Puente Viesgo en 20 minutos.

Limpio, ordenado, muy bien equipado. Una delicia.
El sistema de alarma anti humo, aunque por normativa, es muy molesto. Solo con hacer palomitas de microondas o una tostada, saltaba. Una molestia menor, pero se debe tener en cuenta.

el apartamento muy bien
lo que yo creo que un apartamento que cuesta tanto,lo menos que se puede pedir una botella de agua,un poco de cafe,minimo en papel higienico,no habia para fregar los platos etc etc,creo que hay que tener un grado de cortesia,no nos habia pasado nunca
