Piękny ,kameralny obiekt położony w centrum Parku Zdrojowego, blisko Dworku Gościnnego,pijalni wód. Zieleń wokół i wspaniałe powietrze. Parking vis a vis budynku.

W obiekcie wszystko praktycznie nowe, bardzo czysto, lokalizacja tuż obok parku zdrojowego.
Miałem apartament nr 3 od strony drogi i niestety dobiegający hałas pojazdów ponieważ budynek jest przy skrzyżowaniu ulic. Ponadto zaglądający przechodnie bo choć jest to pierwsze piętro to poziom ulicy jest dość wysoki i wszystko widać do środka apartamentu.
