About this campground/ rv resort rental
Welcome to our one bedroom, one bath park model home in beautiful Sarasota, Florida! Just a 6 minute drive from the airport! Close to Siesta Key beach and many others, nightlife, shopping & restaurants!
Located in a gated RV community, you will find this quiet and quaint neighborhood relaxing and safe. There is a shared heated pool with kiddie pool, outdoor shower and public restrooms. Also located near the pool are horseshoe’s, tennis courts and a small children’s play area.
Our home has a washer and dryer and all essentials for cooking including, dishes, pots & pans, a coffee maker, toaster, full size refrigerator, stove and oven and microwave and cooking utensils.
Featuring one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper that folds out to a queen size bed as well in the upper living area. We have a remodeled lanai with a recliner sofa, smart TV and full size dining table.
Guests are responsible for taking trash to dumpsters and laundering all towels before check out. Only one car is permitted at property.

Our second stay here was an extended trip for just my husband and I! We absolutely love this place and try to stay any chance we get! The location is awesome and the place is always clean and inviting!

Property was in a convenient location. Although once we arrived and opened the door it was filthy. I have pics to prove it. My daughter and I stayed up until 2 a.m cleaning and washing bed linen. I contacted the property manager and she told me that it must've been broken into (mind u this is a gated community. Then tried saying we did it. I started taking pics right away so they are time stamped on my phone. She told me I needed to contact the police for breaking and entering. I told her no she could contact them that it's not my property. Once the police arrived, they checked everything out. Agreed with me that they're cleaner did not do their job, and that the property had not been broken into. I went to the front desk the next day and explain to them everything that happened. They were not very happy, and also told me that the property is not supposed to be rented out unless they contact the park first.
I have spoken to Ashley since I have been home. She has still ignored the fact of giving me my money back and told me that they have to wait until they're cleaners come in before she can do so. I have pics of when we left and the place looked immaculate, compared to what it look like when we arrived. I also had to buy cleaning supplies which I left on the property for them.
We would have enjoyed our stay there if they would have just owned up to their mistake and not try to blame others. I feel they acted in a very unprofessional way about the whole situation.
