Conveniently located at the entrance to the Florida Keys, you will have the option to take in all of the water activities the Keys has to offer such as boating, parasailing, snorkeling or fishing; while still being only 45 minutes from Miami where premium shopping and bustling city/nightlife awaits.
We are only one mile away from John Pennekamp State Park which offers swimming, scuba diving and kayaking to name a few. Ocean Divers is also nearby and they offer fishing charters, swimming with the Dolphins and the world famous African Queen boat ride.
The property is fully fenced, with plenty of parking for several vehicles or boat/trailer and direct access to the Florida Bay.

The house was perfect for our family. The house is very well stocked and clean. The highlight was seeing a Manatee in the Canal while we sat outside enjoying the outdoors on comfortable furniture. A bonus was the extra sitting room with a couch and tv and the beautiful sunsets right across the street!

We loved this house. It was tastefully decorated and had a great layout. We really enjoyed the outside area, which had several seating options, with sun or shade. The house is located in the Sexton Cove neighborhood, which is convenient to grocery shopping (Winn Dixie) and some of our favorite places to go for cocktails (the Caribbean Club, Gilbert's Resort...). Jamie is a wonderful person, who is very easy to work with. We wish we stayed here earlier and would love to stay here again.

Owners are great to deal with. Unit is small but well designed. Not close to most amenities but some nice walking areas.
