Newly built ground floor villa in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the sea consisting of:

- kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils and iron

- bathroom with shower box.
Equipped with all comforts: washing machine, mosquito nets, air conditioning. 2 covered patios, front and rear, one of which has a barbeçue.
Front and rear garden with free parking space.
