Sofoklis City House with a private Veranda

Struttura pulita, host accogliente e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Casa tranquilla e ben posizionata, vicino ai principali svincoli per raggiungere le parti principali dell’isola, comodo il parcheggio a due passi dall’abitazione. L’host é stato super disponibile per check in e check out in orari diversi, ci ha consigliato diversi posti da visitare uno più bello dell’altro, ci ha dato anche qualche dritta su ristoranti e locali molto buoni. Tutto sommato molto positiva la nostra esperienza, molto consigliato.

An excellent property located in a tranquil area, surrounded by beautiful olive trees. The vibrant downtown of Lefkada is a convenient 10-minute walk away, while the nearest beach (Agios Ioannis) can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The accommodation itself is nearly new and offers all the amenities one could need. It was impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and hygiene. While the WiFi connection was stable, it is worth mentioning that the speed was not particularly fast, clocking in at 2mbps. However, it was generally sufficient for video calls and meetings. It's worth noting that when a second person tried to surf the internet concurrently, the connection would occasionally slow down, impacting the quality of ongoing calls. Please be aware that there is no private parking available, but you can conveniently park your car on the street, approximately 50 meters away from the property. It's easy and convenient. One highlight of the property is the charming private yard in front, complete with a swing. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and relax. Furthermore, I must commend the excellent communication with the host, which further enhanced the overall experience. I would gladly recommend this property to others seeking a tranquil and well-appointed accommodation option in Lefkada.

I like the quiet and privacy of the place. You can walk to the center of the city. In front of the apartment, it has a restaurant with delicious food and fair prices. The apartment has a coffee machine with cups.

The Cosmote connection was very poor, and the wifi didn't work. They provided a washer machine, but you need to buy the liquid to use it. Also, when you go to the city walking at night there is 500m that you need to be careful with the cars. The road is very stretch and has no place for the people to walk safely. After 500 meters, you can walk without a problem. The water in the afternoon is very weak. Everyone is taking a shower, so you may need to wait a bit. But as you can see, nothing serious. I completely recommend this place.

Excellent apartment, superb cleanliness, met in a convenient location and taken there as it’s a bit out of the way (which made it so quiet). Easy walk to supermarkets, cafés and bakeries. Not far from town centre. North facing so nice and cool.
