About this villa rental
Set within a beautiful, enchanted garden, Villa Iolis enjoys a perfect location between the town of Lefkas and the pristine beach of Agios Ioannis, both a leisurely 15 minutes stroll away. Modern, comfortable, air-conditioned, spacious, finished to the highest standard, this villa with private pool offers its guest the chance to enjoy the finest Greek hospitality together with privacy and the most contemporary comforts for a truly superior holiday experience. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and extensive private outdoor areas, Villa Iolis can accommodate up to 4 + 2 guests. A villa definitely not to be missed!
Inside, Villa Iolis is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge. All the details have been carefully designed to mix style and functionality for a perfect holiday under the shining Greek sun. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge (double sofa bed to accommodate 5th and 6th guests), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool, patio and shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where the master bedroom suite is located. Featuring a romantic beamed ceiling, the master bedroom has its own shower room as well as a balcony overlooking the pool, the green mountains and the Greek Mainland with the Ionian Sea in the distance.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs, scented flowers and trees providing well deserved shade during the hottest months of the summer. A real oasis just outside the prettiest and most cosmopolitan town of Lefkada! The sparkling private swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, measures 8m x 4m (depth 0.9m - 1.6m) and is beautifully lit at night. For delicious charcoal grilled meals, Villa Iolis is equipped with a brick-built barbecue as well as a poolside shaded dining area. Private parking is available on the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning in the whole villa, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week.
GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

We were really pleased overall with the villa. Check in was available as stated in the listing from 4pm, and Mrs Simione was there to greet us and show us around. The villa was really clean and looked as per photos and was situated about 20 minute stroll to the outskirts of the main town. The pool area was lovely and we spent a great deal of time relaxing there. Neighbood cats regular passed throughsunbathed outside too, they did on occasion however fight and chase each other through the pool area and one of them actually fell into the pool at one point. Hot water was available at all times and the air conditioning worked well. The bedroom with two single beds is located in the ground floor with the main bedroom on the first floor. Mrs Simione also brought round a bottle of home made wine which was lovely. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Lefkada again.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the villa. The villa (which was spotlessly clean) and pool were perfect and just as described. Mrs Simeoni was a wonderful host and even gave us a surprise gift when we left. Thank you!!

Just spent two fantastic weeks in this villa.
Villa was spotless and had everything needed. Mrs Simioni who is a lovely, kind woman, made us feel at home and ensured that the villa remained 'fresh' with new towels, bedding etc throughout our stay. Her gift to us when leaving was a nice touch.
Location of villa is great for local area (town to eat in many of the great tavernas,beach for some sun), with 20min walk to either. Having been to Lefkas a number of times, recommend a car to visit many of the islands 'gems' (beaches, villages, views etc).
Highly recommended villa and island to stay, we know at some point we will be back.
