Property manager was easy to deal with. Cleaner did a fantastic job. Location is pretty good as per the surrounding area. Spacious good for couples and family. Safe
The water heater sometimes wouldn’t work when showering. As well as water pressure is very low. The outlet next to the bed was also very low power or needs adjusting as sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. The door was difficult to open from the outside.

The property was exactly as shown on the photos. High spec and all fairly new, the living room was exceptional, bedrooms were good size and the apartment overall was very clean. The host Mr Ahmed was one of the most genuine people you'll meet in Egypt, very helpful and always available. He went out of his way and helped us book trips and restaurants etc. Location was good, very central in Cairo.
Bathrooms weren't to the standards of the rest of the apartment.

The decor was beautiful, and the apartment was fully furnished. The kitchen had all the appliances as well as plates and cutlery. The air conditioning was also very good, perfect for keeping the rooms hot or cooler. My family really enjoyed their time there.
The hot water in the kitchen didn't work, and the duvet covers had some marks; however, they did smell fresh.
