The flat was neat and minimalistic, stylish furniture and no clutter. The flat is comfortable and restful on the eye. The owners did very good job arranging it. The light in living room is very beautiful also

The surrounding street is noisy, but this is kinda the default in cairo. The cleaner is not doing their job properly, the owner obviously arranged the flat and furnished it with great care and diligence, to make it on good level, but the cleaning is doing bare minimum. Also the electricity in kitchen was a bit off, the stove struck me with low electricity current couple of times when i was barefoot, but it was kinda solvable by just wearing the slippers.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks with our four children, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is cozy, spacious, clean, and bright — we truly didn’t want to leave. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very spacious and convenient, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the washing machine worked perfectly and is brand new. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our large family. There are three bedrooms with wide, comfortable beds, and all necessary bedding and towels were provided. The area is calm and feels safer compared to some other parts of Cairo, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We are very grateful to the host for always responding promptly to messages and for being so helpful and supportive whenever we needed assistance. We highly recommend these apartments!

Todo perfecto para pasar una larga estancia. Había muchas toallas y la ducha funcionaba muy bien. La luz natural que entra por el piso es muy agradable en invierno. La wifi funciona muy bien en el salón y la terraza pero no va en los dormitorio. Las habitaciones están insonorizadas. La cocina está completamente equipada y cuenta con una lavadora silenciosa.

La limpieza podría ser mejor: objetos personales olvidados en los cajones, manchas y polvo. Había manchas en las sábanas. El baño tiene una fuga por la zona del calentador y del inodoro. La comunicación con el dueño es buena. No obstante intenta sacar un precio más alto que el precio booking si uno quiere reservar más días. Es recomendable pasar por booking para añadir más días sin avisar el propietario (ya que este último procede a bloquear las fechas de reserva booking para luego subirlos).
