Ocean View, Beachfront Townhouse 2bd/2ba/2 lanai

This property is right off the ocean with an amazing breeze. When you open up all the doors and the windows, it's the most amazing sound and feeling right off the ocean. You can walk out the back of the property to an ocean-front walkway or just straight down to a more secluded beach. It's such a great spot close to Kapa'a town. The property is a little older than it looks in pictures - a little beat up in some spots, but has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

What a beautiful view! It was amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing and then to wake up to an ocean view! We had a wonderful stay! And the owners were phenomenal to work with!

This rental is located in the Kaha Lani condo complex located right on the ocean just south of Lydgate Park Beach. The unit is set up on the second and third floors of one building and the overall setup is clean and spacious with a full kitchen and 2 private lanais. The beds are king sized and very comfortable. The upstairs (third floor) bedroom is very quiet and peaceful with cool ocean breezes coming through the slatted windows which can be fully opened or closed. Wonderful location south of the Wailua River, just steps to the beach. Swimming right out front is not recommended due to rips but that is case for most locations on the east coast. Lydgate Park just a 5 minute walk to the north is a safe swimming place. Great shopping in Kapa’a town just 10 minutes north. There is a shared pool area in the complex which is very nice and includes 2 barbecues. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and accommodating. We couldn’t check in until 11pm and they left detailed instructions for how to self-check in after hours which went smoothly. The rental included bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels and It was super easy to exchange them at the office. Staff at the office was friendly. My only complaint would be that the complex had no system for accepting recycling so everything just had to go into the trash in the end. Overall this is a great condo in a central location from which to explore Kaua’i, highly recommended!!
