We appreciated the recreational equipment available to us: Kayak, bicycles, snorkeling gear, etc. The location was great, on a canal adjacent to the river, and close to beaches. Paul, the manager was available and very helpful. It was quiet and secluded.
The Inn was hard to find, with minimal signage. While centrally located, it was on a busy highway with intersections that were not entirely pedestrian friendly.

Property is a small cluster of various sized units. Has beautful garden areas and many sitting spaces to enjoy the view of the River. Loved that they had kayaks, bikes, coolers, chairs readily accessible for use with no extra fee. We enjoyed Canal B as it had its own screened in Lanai. Great place for coffee and relaxing.
There is no formal check in process ( love that) our room was ready with keys inside. Cutely decorated with thoughtful touches of flowers & a bonus of Hawaiian chocolates and beer in the fridge. Bed was very comfortable. It’s not fancy, nor a resort, but nice lodging in a central area. Easy access to many beaches, restaurants, etc.

Great location and very cute.
A Rooster crowed from midnight every 15/20 minutes 10 feet from our window all night and every night and we didn’t sleep for 3 days. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was in the contract that all roosters on property were removed.
It’s too bad that they didn’t take care of that it would’ve been a great stay.
