New, clean and well equipped apartment with great hospitality. Would strongly recommend this apartment. Location is great, 10 minutes walking from the city center.

Everything was great

The apartment is modernized, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We stayed during summertime and rarely needed the AC unit. The apartment is cool by itself, even when we turned the AC on it was for about 15minutes a day. The parking lot in front of the building is free and there is always space, even if you plan to go out and come a bit later, two nights we came back to the apartment around midnight and there was plenty of free space. The bed is also very comfortable with a nice balcony. Its on the 4th floor and the bulding has an elevator. In contrast to a lot of others apartments, this one feels lived in. There are spices in the kitchen cabinets, a lot of hygine products in the bathroom, extra towels in the hallway cabinet and a lot of books in the living room. You fully feel like you’re welcome and trusted.
