The house was just right! Over 60’s came for Spring Training. Friends visited one weekend and family with babies another. We made great use of the park and walking paths around the lakes.
The property manager went above and beyond to locate a pack n play! It was a perfect month.

We rented this property January and February, 2023. Overall this was a good place to rent. We enjoyed daily walks around both South and North Lakes! South Lake is steps from the front door! Great hiking all over Estrella Mtn Range, and close by two golf courses. Grocery, Walgreens, UC also very close.
Initially the kitchen was lacking many basic cooking supplies, but Emerald and Jeff responded quickly and supplied the items. They were also very responsive all during our stay, and went out of their way to provide us with information on fun things to do, places to bike, and opportunities for walking and biking groups, etc. We cannot say enough good things about them!
In our humble opinion, the furniture in the great room is not very comfortable, but the master bedroom is huge and the bed very comfortable.
There are no cleaning supplies, except for a Swiffer, so either bring or buy your own if you are there for a long-term stay.
