The Space
This bright and welcoming one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Most of the condo was renovated in April 2022 and features updated furnishings and an open-concept layout.
The living room includes a comfortable full-size sleeper sofa that sleeps two guests, a large smart TV with cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and direct access to the private balcony. The private bedroom features a queen-size bed, a smart TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and plenty of closet space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, flatware, a microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a two-person breakfast bar. Starter supplies of paper towels and trash bags are also provided.
For your comfort and convenience, the condo includes central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, towels, bed linens, starter toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron, hangers, and keyless entry.

Madeira Beach and Archibald Memorial Beach Park are approximately 3 to 4 miles away, while Treasure Island is about 5 miles from the condo. St. Pete Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Clearwater Beach are also within driving distance.

Upon walking in we knew this place was going to be perfect for what we wanted to do during our stay in St Pete. The place was very clean and well taken care of with everything we needed. The view is gorgeous. We brought our paddle board and were actually able to launch from a little sandy area right next to the bridge in front of the condo. The boating here was pretty quiet even though there is a launch right across. We paddled to a perfect little island where we hung out all day. The home was well furnished and had plenty of room. I will say is you are a light sleeper to be aware the house is on a corner that is right next to the causeway so you hear a lot of road traffic. Additionally the ice maker wasnât working which we didnât know so we had to make do with the ice packs we brought. It was really a great place though. It was nice places to come back to after a day / night out. Iâd stay here again for sure. The balcony is also huge. We would have our morning breakfast here. Also, the bed was incredibly comfy.

We were very pleased that we booked this very cute unit! Elma was very nice and so easy to book with! Centrally located with lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach all within a few minutes by car. The pool is quiet and the property clean. The views are great watching the all the boats and dolphin! Traffic noise while sitting on the balcony is a bit loud, but didn't really bother us much at all and you don't hear it inside the unit. Doc Fords restaurant was great to walk to for lunch, dinner or evening cocktails!!! The food is very good and reasonably priced. We look forward to next years trip and will definitely book again!
