It was good for our purposes. The maintenance could be more proactive. The flower beds are nothing but weeds and the grass was only mowed once in the two weeks we were there and it was pretty long when mowed. Also the front porch light and the electric socket by the dining table did not work and the bedroom fans were noisy Partial food was left from previous tenants like open olive oils that could be rancid and coffee grounds in unsealed containers.

My three children and I adored this home. A home that actually felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect communication from owners, and perfect spot not far from surrounding beaches.

This house was perfect for our family. In the children’s room or second bedroom is toys that our children enjoyed. Legos, Barbie’s, board games, tractors and hot wheels. Separate dinning area,
