Overall this property was sufficient for our stay. It looked exactly as pictured. There was only one towel per person, even thought we stayed 5 nights and no pooo towels so just prepare for that! Also the showers overflowed if you took too long of a shower so be careful! The guest services number that they gave you was very responsive 24/7. They came and fixed the hot water and a door handle while we were there promptly. Otherwise satisfied with this property.

The location was perfect. The apartment amenities, set up and furniture were great. Just one major issue, there was only cold water. There was no hot water to shower with.

I have stayed here at this exact same spot 3 times now and it is always a good time with little to no issues. The location is pretty good, not far from downtown or the hotel zone.
My only complaint is that there has never been hot water, for any of my 3 stays over the past year and a half. If you let them know, they say the hot water does work, and nothing really comes of it.
If they would fix the hot water issue, and actually have all of the sinks functioning and working, I would give them a 4/5 star rating.
