We truly enjoyed our visit to Tulum and our stay in Aldea Zama. The property is a gated community with security guards and a 24 he on site manager. We never lacked for anything! The actual property was bigger than we expected! A beautiful 3 story townhouse. It comfortably fits 5 adults but more people could stay because there is a sofa bed as well. We loved the location! Jungle beach vibes for sure. I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone, yes including families!

This place was exactly what we needed! A spot near downtown and a short ride to the Hotel Zone. The place had enough space to sleep 4 comfortably (probably could have slept 6 without an issue). The property owner (Lety) and manager (Janet) were very quick to respond to our comments and questions. They even provided some recommendations for us in the area (where to get groceries, get bikes, eat, etc.) One thing I would be careful of is using too much water early in the day! We accidentally did this and had to ration the rest of the day until we were filled back up lol

We had a great time in Tulum in Lleti's place. The property was perfect for us and both Mathew and Lleticia ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed for us to have a wonderful holiday. The house was in a great location between beach road and town for easy access to both. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tulum.

Lety and Erika were both amazing! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the air conditioner on the top floor stopped working and we ran out water on the last day. we only had 5 people so that would probably be an issue if there were more people. The house only truly sleeps 6 guests in my opinion unless one person is willing to sleep on the couch. Everything else was great! My only advice is be sure to secure a taxi driver that is willing to be on call since the house is a little ways from the beaches and ruins.
