Suite #20 Modern One Bed w/Balcony in Midtown!

Enjoy your time in Oklahoma City's Vibrant Midtown District in our private one bed, one bath patio apartment home at The Shay. This unit is located on the 2nd Floor. The apartment is 687SF in size and has a large king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, silverware, utensils, range/oven, microwave, fridge and all essentials needed for cooking. The living space and bedroom both have 55 inch Smart TVs for you to login to your favorite streaming apps. The private patio area has a table and 2 chairs for guests to sit and relax in. We offer contactless check in, upon booking the door code will be programmed and sent to you in the Welcome Email, so you can check in at your convenience. Our apartment homes are 100% private, however note there are shared hallways. The Shay has been recently remodeled in contemporary style with all of the amenities you would need for your stay at The Shay.

We do NOT allow pets.

Parking for the Shay is located on the North and East side the building. The North parking lot directly in front of The Shay has limited reserved spaces that can be purchased upon booking. You may also park in any available space to the East or along 8th street which has ample street parking.

Please note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide a credit card for a security deposit. We place a hold of $50 on your Credit Card which we run 24 hours before check in and is released 24 hours after check out as long as there are no damages to our property and all house rules are followed.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited at The Shay. There is a minimum $500 fee for smoking in our property and you will be responsible to pay for all damages and restoration costs.
