The villa was fabulous, clean, nicely presented, there was ample seating for everyone and more than enough of everything such as plates, cups etc to cover everyone staying. No key to pick up as you are given a unique code to access the villa which was very convenient. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the wifi dropping out. Also left a welcome pack with coffee, popcorn, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. We were even offered a mid stay cleaning service and linen change at an extra cost which was an unexpected bonus.
There was no baby gate available but the owner was helpful in letting me know where I could hire one from. We loved the pool area but a lot of the lighting needed a bit of TLC as multiple bulbs were out. The resort was one that was slightly further away so on weekdays there was more traffic to contend with getting back to the theme park areas, but we were aware of this before we booked so did not affect our enjoyment or experience. Its hard to find many negatives about the property!
