Very good position, big apartment

Loved the location, right in the center of the city. Also highly appreciated the windows which were soundproof and the big terrace. Just in front of the building is a small beach were we went every day, Neo Marmaras Beach was too crowded for us.

Perfect place for weekends or holiday

It was excellent time spent there, balcony has super view, plus 10. Place is excellent, it is in the middle of the city. It is also near to the city beach. Excellent place for family vacations or weekends. Plus 10 also for Natasa which very kind and friendly.

A beyond expectation experience

The location is very nice, next to the main street and to the see. The owners are more than nice, kind and very carefuly to help and to suport the guests în any regards. They are very friendly and really nice people. It was a great pleasure to meet them and to enjoy the place.

Stayed at the property for 5 days, was absolutely gorgeous and the terrace was definitely the best part.

My husband and I highly recommend this property. To start off with it is extremely clean. The kitchen has everything that you need. The units on the lower ground have lounge chairs outside as well as a small table and chairs. Very comfortable and easy access. The upper floors have balconies. On top of all that the best asset that this property has are the owners. Natasha and her husband. She is an absolute delight. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. She went out of her way to help us print out some paperwork that we needed. Which we truly appreciate. Would we go again. Absolutely yes.

Exceptional

The place far exceeded our expectations! The host was very kind and accommodating. The space was exceptionally clean and was designed in a modern, yet cozy style. The view from the terrace was amazing. We went in January and used the heating setting on the air conditioner - the room got warm in no time. We got to travel all over the Chalkidikies this year and we stayed at many locations. This is most definitely one of our two favorite places to stay at and we would definitely go back!

Very central in Neos marmaras, we had a nice view from the terrace and everything is super close. Although its in the centre the noise is not heard from inside the apartment. Host is amazing and is always available in the shop below the apartment for anything needed. Would stay there again

Je recommande vivement cet endroit aux multiples qualités. Une propreté exceptionnelle, un point de vue sur la mer à couper le souffle. Un balcon spacieux et élégant. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer et découvrir le charmant port de Neos Marmaras. Les gérants sont à l'écoute et d'un professionnalisme remarquable. 10+++ Un grand merci!!!!

Sejurul a fost minunat! Natașa s-a îngrijit să nu ne lipsească. nimic . Deși am stat 11 zile abia așteptăm să revenim!

Foarte curat; se facea curățenie zilnic. Este liniște deși locația este în centru.. Apartamentul este destul de nou și bine întreținut!

Nu ne-a deranjat nimic!

Super pobyt! Blisko centrum! Godne polecenia!

Lokalizacja super, w samym centrum ale nie słychać tłumów, blisko do sklepików, właściciele prowadzą kawiarnię na dole więc można zatrzymać się na śniadanie i kawę, wszędzie blisko, nowoczesne mieszkanie, wszystko co potrzeba na miejscu.

Trochę problematyczne znalezienie miejsca do parkowania szczególnie w godzinach wieczornych, trzeba było zostawić samochód i przejść 300m po górzystym terenie
