Villa Spiros Imerolia Kassiopi

Wow! This villas is even better than the photos suggest. It's so comfortable with two lounge areas and many places for dining along with balconies and views off every bedroom. The views of Imerolia and Albania are breathtaking. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need in all areas. There's even a diffuser hairdryer. There was a lovely welcome pack of bread, fruit, feta, olives, water, beer, juice and wine. It's super clean and we appreciated the regular cleans and bin changes. The beds are all super comfortable and there are two smart TVs for entertainment. (Be careful with your phone data in this part of the island as you can lose connection to Greek phone services and connect to Albanian phone networks, which can be more expensive.) We paid extra for pool heating (early May) and this made the pool warm enough for most of us. The pool is lovely and you can swim with views of the sea. Villa Spiros is very well situated just off the main road from Kassiopi to Imerolia. We found the short drive up to the villa a bit steep so parked on the main road. It's a two minute walk to the Fish Taverna in Imerolia, 10 minutes to Janis restaurant along the seafront and 15 minutes walk to all the amenities in Kassiopi bay. There is a gorgeous walk accessed from the path up into the hills with amazing views. The owner is very helpful and lives in the area. His two restaurants - Porto Nuevo and Levanda - are both well worth a visit - delicious food and great service. We all loved the villa and Kassiopi and would love to return sometime.

It was not a problem for us but one of the bedrooms is completely separate with its own front door. Our daughter loved it but might be an issue for others.

Villa Spiro har ett fantastiskt läge i en jättemysig by. Kassiopi är en charmig ort, med många bra restauranger och fina områden att vandra i. Från terrassen har man en magisk utsikt över hav och berg! Stora, fräscha rum och bra badrum.

Allt var egentligen toppen! Men om jag ska säga något så kan man se över utrustningen i köket, det var en del husgeråd som saknades. För övrigt allt jättebra!

Location was fantastic - a little bit outside Kassiopi but close enough to walk back in the evening.

No comfortable seating.. the sofas were very tired - the springs had gone and they simply need replacing.

Vista impagabile ! Piscina fantastica e spazi ampi. Distanza ideale dalla spiaggia e dal paese per evitare la macchina. La spiaggia vicino è di sassi, nelle vicinanze a 5 /10 minuti d’auto enormi spiagge di sabbia. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili.

Della struttura tutto molto bello, però per chi ha il sonno leggero nella casa del vicino ci sono due galli a cui piace cantare !! L’accesso alla casa è un po’ ripido. Nel complesso comunque ottima esperienza.
