There was nothing not to like

It’s beautiful at night with the fairy lights around the camp sight, it gives you that feeling of rustic living as well, especially if you’re in a bell tent like we were. I would have loved to have used the hot tub, but there was a few more guests staying, so decided to not bother so others could use it. But it looked lovely the spa area, next time would definitely love to go try it out.

I thought our tent would have two beds as in one of the pictures a tent had three. As it was myself and my friend staying, but we made do, and it worked out alright in the end! But I do not fault the staff, it was probably my own personal mistake while booking. Next time we would book something else that is available here or use their tent sight and pitch up our own tent. It’s too beautiful a place to not go back.

We stayed in the yurt which was lovely , it was very unique and quirky with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our weekend . The hot tub area was nice after a long day out. It is in a tiny rural village with a pub down the road , very peaceful and relaxing and looks really pretty at nighttime

The little onsite shop could be a lot better , it only has snacks and a few drinks . Bread butter milk tins and maybe a freezer for bbq stuff as the nearest shop is 2 miles away .

Camping in a tent was a great plan, great location, there was a great spa area, the area is well light of a night time. The experience was great we could drive down to our tent and offload & they have a trolley to help carry our things. James and Marcia were very polite and helpful. Much more enjoyable when not busy and facilities were a lot more manageable.

I just feel the cleaning lacked inbetween spa sessions, jacuzzi was filthy/ filter looked like it needed updated and addition hygiene mantainace etc. Also needs more privacy from management as there is an office behind the spa that can easily see and walk through when you have a session booked. Consider adding more showing/ toilet facilities during busier times of the year. Or timing schedules per person. Showers/ toilet areas need to be deep clean - shower mat routinely washed or an alternative waterproof option for safety as it was quite slippy from the shower floor when removed. Provide cleaning facilities available to use for tenants to use. Our mattress was on the ground compared to other tents which we noticed, which made it slightly more cold of an evening, and plates n cups were filthy, may need hot washing properly and securing for the next booking. Walking paths with hog wheat n stingers/ prickles need some serious cutting down
