Short and sweet.

Perfect location, right across the street from the lake. Very cute and cozy little cottage. A great getaway. Heater works fast. Nice amenities; we appreciated the coffee.

It was a little muddy outside, I think having a mat to be able to wipe our shoes before entering might have been helpful so we didn't have to wipe the floor at the entry as much.

Awesome place!!

Loved the cottage. Very clean & the amenities were a very nice bonus. It had everything we needed & only wish we could have stayed longer. I will recommend to family & friends. Thank you for the early check in.

Great overnight time w girls.

It was so cute and clean. Smelled so clean. I’m always nervous walking in somewhere but I go by reviews and am always so happy. It was great walking distance to Geneva on the lake where we went to breakfast and great driving distance to wineries. We used the pull out couch which was good. Did not use the stove or shower. We loved it

Nicer than it looks in pics, good location.

Location, nicely decorated for what it was, check in and out was easy, quiet, loved basket of toothpaste, brushes etc that were available, hosts did more than expected to make it nice for guests.

A/C and fans were noisy, got hot in bedroom if you slept beside wall, cold if you were in front of fan, could only get into bed from one side. Needed two small nightstands instead of chest Altho not as practical for storage. Wish there was a better place to sit with coffee and enjoy location but not practical under circumstances.

I loved that it had enough sleeping areas for my husband and 2 kids but was laid out in a way that we could still keep an eye on/listen for them. It was cozy with plenty of blankets, kitchen supplies, extra toiletries. There was a pack and play with sheets for my daughter and everything was clean.

As you would expect from an older property, there were things like a dripping toilet, noisy window air conditioner, and doors that didn’t quite close all the way.

I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet location within walking distance to the strip.

The cottage was clean and smelled good. Beach towels were provided and little incidentals in case we forgot our toothbrush, toothpaste, etc

Parking was a little difficult with not enough room to get 2 cars behind each cottage.

Clean and cozy cottage

Cottage was cute and clean. We needed an overnight stay as we passed through town on our way home and this fit the bill for that perfectly. Owner was very nice and very good value!

We were in cabin 4 and inside the cabin it was very clean and the bed was comfy. Kelly is very responsive.

We were in cabin 4 and between the parking area and the cabin is grass, no walkway. Grass that catches on your luggage and feet as you go from your car to the cabin. Thankfully, there was a broom that was used multiple times daily. We were also there on a hot day and the window unit didn't catch up until 14 hours later. Thankfully, there were 2 big oscillating fans. After the place cooled down we enjoyed the stay.

Very clean cottage, good for for a short stay!

It was really close to lake and shops. We attended a wedding at the Lodge so the cottage was walking distance/very quick drive to the wedding venue which was very convenient. Very clean.

It was smaller than I anticipated. Not enough parking at the cottage.

We would recommend a great place to stay at Geneva-on-the Lake.

Lake house was adorable. Loved the vintage decor. Very cozy, lots of space for a family, felt like home. Cleanliness was superb. Would stay again.

Only complaint was the bedroom with the double bed. Mattress was not too comfortable. This bedroom did not have the air unit, so it was rather warm.

Basic cottage

There was a picnic table and a couple of chairs for an outside sitting area. The location was convenient for a lake on the Geneva stay.

If you are looking for a luxury, modern, or upscale cottage this isn’t your place. This is a very basic cottage, which was fine for us bc we were last minute reservation and just looking for a place to sleep. We were more interested in checking out the lake and knew we wouldn’t be in the cottage much. The air didn’t get very cold in cottage 3. The couch is really hard. Beds were not very comfortable. However, it did the job … which was a local place to stay.

Exceptional

I liked everything else. I loved having extra bathroom necessities and everything we may have needed while we were there. The house was really clean and well looked after. It was over all a really good weekend here.

I didnt like the price for a 3 day stay. I paid 1,475.00 for 3 nights. And I didn't like random guests showing up looking for where they were supposed to stay on the property. I feel that issue needs to be better communicated within booking. (We had people peering into our windows and deck looking for the owner having no knowledge of where they were staying.) Also, the description said the house slept 10 and I felt like 8 was the maximum amount of people who could actually sleep comfortably there.
