Hemos estado muy agusto. El sitio es muy bonito y tranquilo. El apartamento tal cual se describe, tiene de todo. La zona de los jardines y piscinas es chulísimo. La chica que nos atendió super amable. Han sido unos días maravillosos. Para repetir!

The location was okay.

I had to spend a large part of my holiday dealing with issues that simply shouldn’t have existed in a fully equipped apartment. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected upon arrival. To make things worse, there were no spare pillow covers provided—even though we stayed for over 10 days—and the washing machine was broken. We ended up losing an entire morning of our vacation waiting for a technician who ultimately couldn’t fix the washing machine. The establishment offered to do our laundry in the meantime, but we had to manage for days with just one towel and half our clothes while we waited. When our clothes were finally returned, the towels were missing, and I had to contact them again to ask for fresh ones—which only arrived the next day. Honestly, when I book an apartment advertised as fully equipped, it’s because I expect everything to function properly, without needing to constantly message the property to resolve basic issues. Out of our 11-day stay, only the last two days were truly relaxing and problem-free. We believe this situation is unacceptable and would like to understand how to proceed in requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
